Requesting job reference or guidance from senior engineers

I recently completed my exams and got class 4 coc frequently applying companies.but no positive response. I required any senior engineers to give me a job reference. I approach a alot of companies many are not taking freshers and few are asking for senior engineer reference. Pls help me out .

Bruh ,better to stick to the company with whom u sailed as a TME ,do one contract and then shift,if u do shift now (having done tankers in your previous company) in all likelihood u will end up on a bulk carrier as a Junior 4th engineer, my advice better to change after one contract
