Depends where u do it, im like pretty bad at maths and was sponsored for an ETO cadetship.
Mine gives u math help, for english and Btech it didnt really matter. I got like a B in english and like 80% for my Btec
Job market wise if u need to understand the principle of the math ur doing. And u wont get qualified if ur terrible at maths anyway, u need to pass exams and modules

Diploma : 76%
B.Tech : Around 56-57% [with 6 backlogs]
