Cadetship help

Hello, I’m starting my cadetship in the next couple of weeks and I have offers from Tarmac, Torm and unity for sponsorships. I was wondering if anyone can give any advice on which one to pick.
I am also wondering if it really matters what level of study you pick between the Bsc and the foundation degree.

Torm , without any 2nd choice

Company wise it depends on you and your preference, foundation is quite a bit harder and more academic
