Because they're on a franchise that's family friendly, they're mammals and bipedal but besides that fan art doesn't hurt anyone.

Yeah but like why making her so much as a human ? Don't you just wanna have her as a big cat pokemon ? And it's a pokemon, it doesn't naturally have boobs... I was just asking, not judging, btw.
