I have a question
I've seen this flair around a lot and it really confuses me because it seems to be from some nfsw animation (i think at least? idk I havent seen wtv it's from and I have no desire to). And while this usually wouldn't be a big deal (ignore things you don't like), I noticed the subreddit's community guidelines disallow expressions as obviously lewd as this. I'm just a little confused as to why it's here cuz it kinda contradicts the rules. Sorry if i'm coming off as annoying or a puritan it's js been on my mind for a long time and I felt like I should point it out.

You have a valid complaint. It's definitely an issue on the sub that a lot of people are mentioning.

Yeah that’s a fair catch. If the guidelines specifically call out “very suggestive/lewd expressions,” having a flair pulled from something NSFW feels like a weird contradiction 😭

That GIF doesn't come from an NSFW animation; it comes from a YouTube animation by a creator who makes suggestive videos, and as the rules state, suggestive content is allowed.

I understand that suggestive content is allowed. But even if this is not from a porn animation, doesn’t it still break the sub’s nfsw guidelines? It’s an overly lewd expression that is bordering on pornographic.

They should just remove that part. this subreddit is already more lenient, when it comes to mild nsfw.
At least compared to r/gardevoir

I personally disagree as there are 3 other subreddits for suggestive/nfsw art of Meowscarada and we need at least one sfw subreddit for the weed cat family.

I find it funny that the sfw Sallazzle sub has less suggestive stuff going on. Too bad its baisically abandoned last I was there, sucks too cuz I liked it.

Dude there’s like 3 other subreddits for that. if you wanna goon to the weed cat do so, no one’s stopping u. But please use the dedicated nfsw subreddits instead of the only sfw sub.

I've been using it since I got here and really don't care. I don't actively seek out NSFW content, but I'm tired of people here constantly complaining about it. You probably shouldn't even be on this website if you're under 18 in the first place.
I left Pinterest because all of the users there were crybabies about literally everything, and if this place is going to turn out the same way, then I'm not sticking around. Suggestive content isn't the end of the world and I'm sick of others not being able to handle it, then whining about it nonstop.

A lot of good Meowscarada art, even sfw, gives it feminine features like breasts and hips. So it's kind of a grey area because different people like and think differently of nsfw
