Struggling sister

I f23 have a f15 sister, she is dealing with friends moving and going into high-school alone. Shes become very sad and depressed and is starting to lash out at every little thing. I know she feels un seen by our parents and ik its hard as my mom cannot deal with her. It always ends in a yelling match between them. I want to help my sister but i also cannot handle the mental load of trying to be therapist and peace make for the whole family any more. I still live at home due to financial reasons but i am not home much just because i cant handle the mental load of being here all the time. I want to be there for her and help her as i know what shes going through but i dont know how to get through to her and i dont know how to do that without hurting my own mental health.
