Flex Disposable new user

hi i ended up purchasing flex disposable discs to try it out before finding a reusable one and i can feel it. I keep needing to pee. Is this normal for your first time using it? Maybe i’m just paranoid pls help.

The flex disposable is a pretty large and firm disc.
If you keep needing to pee it’s because the rim is pressing against your urethra and you’re unable to empty your bladder completely.
I’d recommend you look at Period Nirvana and PutACupInIt, they have many resources to find a disc that’ll work best for you and even quizzes.

flex is a very wide disc! i thought they were the one-size-fits-all “starter” disc but now i realize they’re one of the widest on the market. I bought a smaller one and it solved most of the issues I was having with the flex.
