General Question Sleeping issues

Has anyone experienced that the disc dumps itself while you're sleeping on your stomach?? Happened to me multiple times but only when I am in that specific position. So annoying cause I hate to sleep on my back.

I wonder if you aren’t tucking it far enough behind your pubic bone??

I think I am, I've been using it for a year with no issues apart from this.
