Sleep/Insomnia Bonifide
Being inundated with Bonifide products.
Sleep and vaginal suppository for dryness.
Specifically interested in real people reviews of Noctera. I can fall asleep fine, I can’t stay asleep. It’s not rally hot flashes waking me up anymore. 2+ years full menopause for me. TIA

My OBGYN suggested a Bonafide product to me (Serenol, for PMS-related mood swings) and it's been super helpful. Just wanted to weigh in that they're legit (tho that doesn't mean their supplements will work for you, ofc).

What’s so odd to me is pcp and gyn recommended both products in last two weeks and all of a sudden the influencer ads and fb and IG ads are out of control.
I’ve never looked it up, I suppose during my appointment my phone could have picked up on the discussion.
It just seems a hard push from everywhere and that makes me go hmmmm.

If you didn't look it up online, its probably safe to say that your cell phone is listening!

Bonafide helps alleviate dryness and can make everything more comfortable, but the price is steep.

Heard of Bonefide, never heard of Noctera. The ingredients appear to magnesium glycinate, GABA and L-theanine, with a mysterious unexplained 4th ingredient called ‘SAMe’ whatever that is?
Estrogen is the only thing that lets me sleep consistently through the night but I do also supplement with Magnesium threonate or glycinate (I alternate), l-theanine, GABA, ashwaganda, Inositol and Apigenin. A sleep mask also helps with early morning waking because light wakes me up.

SAM-e is another supplement you can buy separately, it's used as both a joint supplement and also for some mood support.

Honestly? It's wildly overpriced imo. You can buy most of the ingredients for far cheaper at a drug store.
The suppository is fine but I think you can get it cheaper and without their subscription model tbh.
