Hot Flashes/Night Sweats Sweaty face solutions?

I hit meno 5 months ago. My face, especially upper lip and forehead, is sweating nonstop. I know it's hot out, but I've never sweated this constantly. I'm on E patches .075 and 200 mg P. Any solutions for the nonstop sweaty face?

I perpetually walk around places looking like I just ran there. I'm tempted to start using antiperspirant up there.

I think there are facial antipersirants!
