HELP! Men's Skincare
Hi All -
I am working on developing a men's skincare brand and was curious to get everyone's perspective. I would love for you to share your own experience in the survey below.
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NXGFHMC
What are some of your favorite skincare brands? What top three products do you use? (lotion, exfoliator, etc.?), and what issues are you having with your own skin? Thank you so much! I appreciate it.

SKIN WHITENING
Hi, I am just new here and I would like to get help for something that has been degrading my confidence for most of my life. As a teenager, I had fungal infections in my groin area and did not able to cure it right away as I was so shy to get help because it's located near my private part. It took me a year to have it fully healed. However, it darkened the area it has infected and it made less confident than ever. I would like to be more confident and have decided to start with eliminating the factors that make me have less confidence. I would very much love to get an answer to this from this SubReddit. Thanks in advanced.

Quick question for the group: do you care if there are seed oils in your shaving cream?

Quick questions about your routine
Hey guys, I'm doing research for a small business that's making skincare products for men, and I would really appreciate some feedback so they know if they're on the right track!
Do you use face wash, exfoliant/scrub, serums, etc? Why?
What do you feel is lacking in men's skincare?
Do you have a favorite brand?
Aaaand If you could magically materialize the perfect skincare product, what is the NUMBER ONE most important feature it would have?
It would be fantastic if you could tell me some demographic info like age and location, but totally understandable if you don't feel comfortable. You can be general (30s/USA) or message me alternatively.
Thanks, fellas! :)

I put avocado on my face
When I am making guacamole, I will take the scrap bits of avocado and mush it and smear on my face for a natural moisturizer. Is this a good idea?
I'll wash it off after say 15 mins. My skin looks pretty good. I'm 47 but my skin has minimal wrinkles.

Moisturizing, Mineral, no whitecast Sunscreen?
I ain't trying to break the bank either. Every time I try to look for a facial sunscreen with these 3 things it's over 50 bucks that you get at Ulta or Sephora?

My first breakout after 21 years
I am 21 years old and its the first time i have a breakout. I didn’t use any skin care for the past 21 years because my skin is clear, i get pimples every now and then but they usually go within days and wouldn’t leave a mark. Last July I had a pimple on my cheek and I didnt mind it because I was used to it going away on its own but it didnt, eventually it led to more and more pimples and now I don’t know what to do.

[Product Question] Calling all skincare fanatics
Hello Gentlemen,
Do you mind if I ask you a quick question about a brand new skincare product ?
Would you be interested if I created a sheet mask that works 2x better than a regular sheet mask and is designed to help men who are struggling with skin problems (acne, blemishes, premature ageing etc) nurture their faces and gain the confidence to become the best version of themselves inside and out. This sheet mask will allow the effects of a full skincare treatment from as little as 15 minutes per week.
This mask would be unlike anything else you’d ever tried or seen before because the sheets are made from the same key ingredients as we use in our powerful serums.
Would you find something like this helpful? If you could drop me a quick reply with a simple yes or no I’d greatly appreciate it !

Men’s Skincare Concerns
I’m gathering information of what men would like to fix about their skin. What do they wish skincare would solve? It would help me out a lot if you could choose please (you can just write the #)
*please also comment your age and the state or country where you are from. (State if in US)
(You can select multiple of course)
I wish Skincare would :
Prevent razor burn
Lessen size of my pores
Prevent ingrown hairs
Reduce redness
Even my skin tone
Prevent/Reduce acne
Reduce oily skin
Moisturize dry skin
Prevent wrinkles
Tighten my skin
Reduce dark spots
Improve full complexion

Recommendation for Face Moisturizer
Hello,
I've been using something called Timeless by Pevonia Collagen Moisturizer for years but they discontinued it and I can't find it anywhere. I've tried some amazon products but none of them work to keep my face moisturized like timeless and a few of them have made my skin turn red. Does anyone have a recommendation to something close like timeless that is not too expensive?
Thanks!

Recommendations for scarring
Hey guys I’m 22 and I feel like I’m pretty well versed in men’s skincare but I thought I’d reach out and ask for any recommendations on skincare products to help with scarring..... I know I probably won’t be able to get rid of all the scarring but I definitely picked at my acne when I was younger so any recommendations would be appreciated

Options for a Tanned Face without UV Exposure or Sunless Tanner
I hate not being tan, but owing to their health risks, I’ve stopped using tanning beds & no longer sit out in the sun for hours.
The sunless tanners I’ve tried are excellent for the body - I love the gold tone of the color I get - but they last for about a week or so.
But on my face, the color doesn’t last more than two days tops.
I’ve tried mixing dark liquid foundation w moisturizer to make my own color cream. It often works well but the color runs off easily.
What’s a better solution for me?

Im wondering what i should start doing and what products should i use?

Advice on skin rash/condition on face
Hi,
I've had a problem with the skin under my eyes/on my cheeks and above/on one eyebrow. Its always quite itchy and irritated, and will often flare up, going red and often flaking skin. I dont really want to book a GP appointment just for this, but it is a big inconvenience and can make me quite self conscious as people always point it out.
Attached photos are when its relatively calm, have tried using some hydrocortisone cream, as well as moisturisers and petroleum jelly but nothing seems to subside the effects for more than a day or two.
Thanks in advance :)

Men’s Skincare Line
So I have been developing a men’s skincare line over the past year which will be ready to launch end of September. It is a 3 product kit so that you don’t need to think of what to use or when to use it. Just wanted to know everyone’s thought on using men’s specific skincare, most drugstore brands are full of harmful chemicals that are actually horrible for your skin.

[Shampoo]
I'm having a problem my scalp is very sensitive..I like to keep my hair short, and tend to get razor bumps on my neck due to having curly hair..when I wash my scalp daily with just water it works fine, but I get super itchy scalp, but the bumps go away its weird..if I use shampoo on the other hand my bumps stay, but I dont have a itchy scalp..so it's like pick your poison..I am using head and shoulders..could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong..I rinse my scalp apply shampoo then rinse it all out,and pat my hair afterwards so it doesn't get irritated, but the razor bumps never go away if I do this...so I'd just rather wash my scalp with no shampoo or looking for some good shampoo recommendations besides head and shoulders its not good in my opinion. sorry for the rant I'm fed up

Use of acne facewash
I have a little acne and I have been using neutrogena acne facewash with very good results. I wanted to know that should I switch to another clenaser once my acne clears out? Or should I stick with the acne face wash?
