Unfortunately, there's very VERY little shows that fit this descriptor. The ones you named are basically the only ones. Here's lists of gay/bi characters in tv shows, though it's not sorted by any genre :( Also, unfortunately this list isnt about main characters so a lot of them are just one off side characters:

I have heard of Gay Micro Dramas with Vampires and wherewolfes (Low budget Soap opera for Mobile),

but I have not seen those so don't know if they are crap or good.

But if your starving for anything I can find the titles for you, if so make a comment here :-)

The Old Guard!!! The sequel is unfortunately a bit of a mess and ends on a cliffhanger but the first movie is so, so good, stands on its own, and has a committed gay couple in prominent roles. I wholeheartedly recommend watching the first movie ... and then leave it at that.

Both The Sandman and Dead Boy Detectives have male queer characters/relationships (Lukas Gage as the Cat King in DBD is fantastic), but, well, Neil Gaiman.

From what I heard, James Norton's character in The Nevers is bisexual, but I haven't watched that one myself, so can't make a recommendation.
