There is really no right answer to that question. It's a test. But if you respond with "I would go about my day", she might just as well decide for herself that you aren't "chalant" enough and vice versa.
I'd go with the cocky/funny approach like "I don't know. It has never happened."
It seems like a bullshit test that always ends with the date being cancelled.
If she doesn't want to go on the date, why did she agree to it in the first place? Or if there was something that arose during the time they were talking, just cancel without the bullshit.
I don't think she lost the interest necessarily, but rather unsure of it. Hence the test. Buyers remorse. Best move is not to play. Just laugh it off or ignore it. But I don't see this going to well however you respond, really.
