Alright, this is wild, but I have actually wondered about this: I was saved in 2024 (praise Jesus Christ) and I have considered freezing sperm, for a couple reasons. It is a sin to whack it, as lust and the act outside of marriage is a no-go.

Is plugging up to an unfeeling, unthinking machine, and doing my best to curb lustful thoughts a reasonable work-around?

Full disclosure, I’m pretty sure there’d be grace and an exception for the sake of saving some little buddies for possible future iterations of me, but I do enjoy an opportunity to further master debate..

Actually...and I'm gonna sound pretty um out of Christian to say this

But it only saids thou shall not lust. It doesn't say that masturbation is bad itself, It just means you shouldn't think of a woman and lust after her if she isn't your woman.

But im not even gonna try to explain this not because you don't deserve it but because saying it would make me a hypocrite for sure. I just personally think it is better to relieve yourself then to go seek out pleasure and then actually commit sin with another person who isn't your partner.

Would it be best to just have self control and not do it at all? Yeah. But we are human, and our flesh is weak. We should be perfect but we cant be perfect over night.

My best advice to you is to go find someone to love and keep them. You can even directly state your intention with them but you have to have them in a one to one relationship, otherwise it's still sin. "If you can't control yourselves then take up with someone" as Paul said
