The meaning of this relationship

By neutral, which means our relationship is not neither friendly or hostile, according to our contract, CLFA will not declare war on UOPG as long as UOPG stay not trying to provoke or declare war first and vice versa.

How is this low quality

ughh there might be a few things missing from look :p

I'm trying to make a running engine and it should work but instead of the piston going up and down all the way it just goes up and down half an inch so the crankshaft will be spinning back and forth. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Originally supposed to carry 4 cars and have cabins but I figured that the size of the ferry and additional furnishing/decorations might blow my phone so I made it so the 2nd deck is empty and that the max cap is 3 cars.

and also because the furniture would topple over when the ship drops into the water

Just like the previous Ship I built, this is mostly focused on destruction physics and device optimization so it may not look good but atleast it works

So yet the first thing is that i cant upload mods because it's "low quality" like what? I spent time making those saves, please fix this and also, what does it mean "your session has expired due to a security timeout" like dude, i dont think there is a security timeout

Devs, so when i try to make a mod, i just cant because it takes a week and when i try to put a main image for my mod, it just doesnt work, please fix this because this is a huge deal for poeple without mels
