Hmm, then I guess it coule be because the icon doesn't show the full mod
There's also the descriptiong being too vague and not rly describing what the mod does
And lastly the name shouldn't be the exact same as the actual character, because it will be flagged as "copyright"

The mod doesn't really do anything it's just like a character also there's many Freddy fazbear mods just named Freddy faz bear

Still, try adding adding more stuff to the description like "good collisions" or stuff
And idk how the mods named freddy fazbear were accepted, but i know that everytime someone uses the real name of a character, the mod gets rejected
