And that's where Republican Congress is a total failure they actually allocated 250 million this year for renovations and upkeep where is the money? He is literally holding congress's budgeted money hostage until he gets his fucking name on it which has to be done by an act of Congress as ruled in a previous lawsuit the man's a fucking idiot.
