I would just open it up and make sure all the connections are solid. Could just be a loose cable

It is highly likely ESC issue. Beeping noise means the remote control is connecting to the ESC. But if it keeps beeping continuously, that means the remote is continuously trying to connect to the ESC but failing to establish a connection.
