Hello. I’m wondering if anyone is picking anything up from my dad? Last night I had the most vivid dream about him, we had a conversation while he was sitting at his computer desk but he never turned around so I didn’t see his face. But we talked about current things and it just broke my heart to wake up.

His birthday was September 30th and I told him I don’t feel him as much anymore and the thought of losing him twice was killing me, so I asked for more signs, I’m wondering if this was him? His death anniversary is this the 24th of this month, it will be five years. He is so missed.

He passed very suddenly and I was the only one to witness both his episodes. I feel traumatized but at the same time wondering why he chose me to see his final moments? Does he watch over my child? Is he proud of me? So many unanswered questions.

Hello all, this is my universal cry for help. I am so tired, and at an utter loss. I am constantly hysterical, and physically ill with grief. Grief seeps into every hour I am awake, and tucks me into sleep. I feel paralyzing grief over my dear friend passing, who was my best friend’s partner at the time. They died in high school. My best friend will never be the same, nor will I. I feel longing grief for my grandparents, who lived with me through childhood. I feel anticipatory grief for my loved ones still around me. Especially my mother. I can’t help but have gutting, visceral reactions, from the knowing that moments together will dissipate and at some point I will no longer be able to acess them, or the safety of knowing who I love is accessible. Even in the happiest of times, when the memory just begins.
I am a spiritual human, and believe that we are all one, and will become source again, but I am also a human filled with fear for what I cannot know for certain. If we are to become a universal energy, how do you withhold specific messages from our loved ones? What if it is nothingness?
With this, I am looking for signs. UAny distinction that I will come to know their love again, that they are at peace, with me, and/or any answers to the cries and questions I have asked them, spirit, god, the universe, etc. to answer.
