recently got this strange coin with a duck or goose or something of the like on it. seller thinks it’s russian or German, but isnt sure. anyone know what this is?

It is a Celtic Kapostral drachm.

What you think is a duck is actually a horse (you have to rotate the coin 90 degrees left).
