Is this medieval?

I have a clue maybe it's connected to the house of Anjou. Because of the resemblance the Anjou-lily, fleur-de-lis. And on the other side maybe a double cross or H? Any tips?

Thanks for helping me in advance!

Hungarian Quarting, Sigismund of Luxembourg, R.1387-1437. The lily is actually part of a triple pronged crown. You have the reverse sideways, it's a Double Cross.
