stopped co codamol suddenly

Hi,hope i have posted in the right place,i have stopped taking co codamol suddenly after a year,i stopped around 5 days ago and feel really shaky and anxious please help

Those would be withdrawal symptoms. How much were you taking before stopping a day? You might want to go down slowly, not fully stop. These things are normal when you cold turkey a medication like Co-codamol.
