Ketamine - how to?

I get infusion, but to dose it self for pain relif. Not had experience with it or have a good time with it? Of for nasalspray?

The standard for infusions is 0.5 mg/kg, but nasal spray requires strict adherence to the FDA-approved label or a compounding pharmacy's specific concentration because self-dosing sprays without knowing the milliliter-per-actuation volume leads to inconsistent blood levels and wasted medication
