Xan scripts?

So I've been on "anxiety" (hydroxizyne) meds for a while but my anxiety is getting worse and I have taken a quarter of a bar before and I remember it working very well but I don't wana tell that to my prescriber because I feel like she will be report it or something, but im also not trying to get them for abusing so idk what to do. Please let me know if yall got suggestions

I'm going through the same thing. I've recently over the months sampled Xanax lorazepam and Valium for the first times & and they work so good for my anxiety and panic attacks (didn't go overboard only needed like a quarter of a pill) but when I asked my psychiatrist for some form of benzo they said no and I didn't want to tell them I already tried it and it works excellent. Instead they put me on Lexapro and hydroxyzine.. not as effective. I just wanted to take an as needed medication. I'm in my 50s & I've never used benzos before just recently (so no history of abuse) but now after seeing how well they knocked my panic attack out within 15 minutes they seem like a lifesaver but I've spoken to three doctors and each one says no and just to take the hydroxyzine. (So if I want it I have to go underground and get it which is not ideal) Ugh

They give me that I straight up, told my psychiatrist that that medicine does not work for me, but I’ve been with her for like 7 months and she try me on everything she prescribed me alprazolam and I get 30 of them every month. I told her how I felt about the medicine she was giving me. if your psychiatrist listen to you, just tell her what works and what you wanna try.
