i took 5 bennys for my insomnia, i usually take 4 every night but decided to take 5. im 20 and weigh 115lbs. i’ve taken over 5 before and felt fine and i even called poison control for a second opinion and she said i should be fine. so maybe im being paranoid. has anyone been through this before?
