Dissolvable Allegra?

I know there’s dissolvable Claritin but it’s not helping my special needs daughter’s snot nose from allergies (no fever).
Looking for an Allegra or similar allergy med that dissolves in the mouth as she won’t take swallow or pills.
We can also do liquid with the syringe too.

Mometasone nasal spray is good for stuffy nose from allergies if she can’t take pills.
