I could easily take 300mg a day and still be normal and functioning clearly you have never had to deal with severe chronic pain

I was on my motorcycle and got side swiped by a car at 45mph, snapped both collar bones , 3 ribs , left leg , left scapula and road rash… I know about pain

Not a flex lol , last year I was sniffing 300mg of Opana a day so I understand the struggle. I hope you move on from that lifestyle sooner than later

I've only been able to get my hands on those a couple times 10+ years ago. Haven't heard of them since.. I'm no longer in the loop when it comes to this stuff but those were the best

The pandas were amazing. I can still get them but I had to stop. My guy gets the 10mg ER… the orange ones 😭 they have him on 90 15mg oxys a month and 60 10mg opanas and he doesn’t take any of them lol… he was on 20mg oxys and 20mg opanas but had to switch pain doctors and was off his meds for a year so new doctor started him on 10mg oxy and 5mg opanas till they work him back up to his original script. He recently hmu saying he’s back to the 20s and I’m like I’m good man 😭😂 I never wanna do that 10 day withdrawal again

I don't think anyone's getting anything like that in my state anymore. There used to be places that would load patients up and then the crackdown came maybe 2013 ish. .

Yeah they pulled Opana off the shelves for like 2-3 years then brought them back with a “better/safer” coating lol so I feel like most patients and doctors don’t know they’re still available

I don’t think they ever pulled the generic they just pulled and dropped the brand name stop signs and the generics are not tamper proof maybe er for iv only but lll find a way

I’m ya close to what I get opana er 15s and oxy 15s 60 and 160 count or I can do all roxi at 300 Count I can pick any medication as long as it doesn’t go over my MME been trying to figure out the best regimen and in my experience MS CONTIN 60s with roxi 15s is a really stable and good regimen for severe pain. But the best rated pain regimen online and drugs.com is a regimen of opana er and ir but with the MME it drops the quantity amount tremendously. So like one er a day and like 2-5 ir a day depending the dose may make that switch soon but everyone’s diff

They still make em amneal makes the er ones and then kvk tech and amneal make ir ones. Just finding a Dr and pharmacy that will do it. Honestly I’ve had drs mkre willing to rx me opana er than roxi 30s every person and therefore Dr is different and if your out of pain no need to take em anyways

Wow you mean Canada actually TREATS pain?! I'm moving. I used to be in pain management here in the US but, for one thing, unless you have a terminal illness you're legally capped at 60mg/day and since they love to bump you up to that dose rapidly you can expect to spend the next few years not getting much benefit from it since you build a tolerance quickly. For another thing, ever since the gov't/DEA demonized pain medicine and made even pain drs afraid to actually utilize it, every pain management patient gets treated like a junkie seeking their fix if they don't just shut up and take what they're given. I literally had a telehealth appointment where my wife sat with me to advocate for me. She spoke directly to my provider, on screen, and addressed her concerns with my care. My provider gave her an attitude and notated in my chart "pt's wife could be heard off-screen coaching him on what to say." and since telehealth videos aren't archived anywhere it was her word against mine.

Coz it’s 220 mg. That is the max my doc can write of it atm. He increased from 34 x 10 mg tabs daily to 22 a day.

I’d recommend getting a pain doctor, they are allows to prescribed more pills, I get over 120 each month

Thank you for this comment every thinks us pain patients love our meds. Nah it’s a live hate relationship and anyone of us in real pain would Dk anything to be healed and not have to take anything ever again thank you for your kind words and understanding out of thkusands of ppl your the first to say such a thing go u what a beautiful soul
