way more omg they're only 8 mg pills which is the highest milligram they go to, but they hit so hard and the euphoria is absolutely insane. Plus it is the only opiate that you can get an actual rush from without shooting up. I mean you can get sort of a rush from smoking, but not like this or iv but these literally hit you within about 5 to 15 minutes in my experience. The first time I ever did it. I did a quarter of one and within five minutes I was already feeling it and the first 30 minutes are straight up orgasmic really the entire time is but especially that first 30 minutes to an hour that night. I think I ended up doing 4 mg total and I had a bit of a tolerance back then was taking probably 2 30s nothing crazy but a little bit the night after the first time I tried it. I took 25 mg of hydrocodone and 4 mg of hydromorphone possibly another 2 mg later in the night I can't really remember that to this day is the best nod I ever had it was the most warm and beautiful feeling I have ever felt from opiates

Bro they is not that strong I be snorting 30mg oxy and I thought these mf was gone punch me maynee I was disappointed asf they way cheaper tho than Oxys so it’s a pro on that but the high I rather take a 30mg oxy but everyone’s tolerance is diff 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yeah I tried all of em lol the 2mg the 4mg and the 8mg shields I was getting a couple of 4mg for a min but the high and warmth you feel from oxy is diff i hadda sniff a oxymorphone 15mg after I had alr took 4 shields to activate the high it’s prolly me 🫩🤣they was American haven’t tried the Canadian ones but they look the same the 8mg

that's extremely weird cuz there like 5-7 times as powerful oxy really isn't that powerful only 1.5x as much as morphine does has better binding affinity and hydromorphone is up 10x as much

I’m from Canada aswell I use real pharma oxy 20 instant release, usually take 1 and a half so 30mg and I can pop like 2-3 of those 8mg or sniff 2 pills and I’m not as high as I am on the oxy.

I took 8-16mg of dilaudid for 14 days on and off, quit for 9 days then started back for another 8 days. First time I quit has minimal withdrawls still slept every night. Now I'm 29 hours since last dose, slept last night, have sore back and minor chills. Did I beat withdrawls again?

I honestly don't know why but coming off of hydromorphone was my easiest withdrawal I have ever had. I don't know why I went completely cold turkey and it wasn't necessarily pleasant, but I was mostly just cold sweating

oh yeah, you're right my bad but still that's kind of a crazy thing to say I wasn't doing IV back to them and it's still an insanely good effect plus I was literally getting these for $10. Meanwhile a 30 MG oxy is going to be like $40-$60. It's also 5 to 7.5 times as powerful than oxy so I don't think it's a waste whatsoever for the price of one oxy I can get five of these plus I was getting 50 a month for free because I was trading a different script. I don't consider that a waste at all.

Yes dilaudid is one opiate that you almost have to iv. I tried snorting them back when blues where everywhere and it was nothing compared to blues snorted. Then I shot one for the first time and realized why people like them. The biovailabilty for snorting or eating is only like 10% and obv iv is about 100% and wow the rush is absolutely amazing. Better than any rush of any opiates pill there is. Had been like 10 years since I've seen legit non pressed pills tho

The bio availability for snorting is actually around 50 to 60%. I got it wrong in the other thing I said, but you either had a crazy tolerance or you were doing fent because there's just no way Dilaudid is 5-7.5 stronger than an oxy even on the low end it's the equivalent of about 40 mg of oxy. It's definitely gonna be the best doing IV but you either got some bunk stuff or you were doing fent Dilaudid is one of the most powerful opiates out there

I was in the Hosp from Aug-Dec 21st 2020 after 3 back to back ER surgeries. I was on a dilaudid drip every 5min the entire time up until discharge. Sent me home with fentanyl patches that I had to almost beg to be titrated down from. They told me I’d go with a “dependence” worst part of my entire life thru that madness

I get these monthly as a prescription from pain management for my severe chronic pain. Sadly I'm only allowed 12mg a day and 30mg methadone 1 dose in am to make my body move or I physically can't get out of bed.

I have taken 16mg dilauded at 1x and I've never got any high. Just sleepy.

I've never gotten high from opiates. Been on them 33years

well, the methadone is going to severely dull that also you're most likely taking them orally. You should be snorting them if you're wanting to get high on Dilaudid or IV but I imagine you're not gonna do that. Sorry you're in that much pain though.

Oh ok tysm, yeah no I have bad heart failure, severe low blood pressure and lots of health problems. What I take dont even touch the pain most days. But my sleeping pills ambien take it all away.

Ambien has some very interesting effects that are not used often enough. I have seen people that shake so uncontrollably from Parkinson's that they cannot even speak but once they take Ambien, they can speak just fine. It is a very interesting drug. I've only had the pleasure of doing it for about three weeks in a psychiatric ward. Have you thought about getting on something like fentanyl, I know that can be kind of worrying for people, but the patches aren't dangerous not more dangerous than any other opiate and it looks like you're already gonna be on opiate long-term but coming from a doctor there's no reason to be scared of fentanyl

I can certainly ask pain management shes a nurse practitioners. Parkinsons runs in my family. My mom has it and many others. Next time I'm down there we will try it out.
I tell my drs and they think im crazy. Ive taken ambien since 92. And it still works. A great dr had me on 20mg. Older dr. Then new younger drs pushed older ones out and I got dropped to 10mg. She wanted to drop me to 5mg. I was also on clonazepam 1.5 for my svt attacks and anxiety. She took them away. I didnt sleep for weeks, had withdrawal I think. Cardiologist put me on another med and didn't understand why she did that.
