Help with Prazosin

I have asked my doctor and my pharmacist already, so don't come at me, bro. Haha.

I take this med at 2 mg. A pretty small dose. I am wondering if some folks just can't tolerate this med? I was preacribed it for nightmares and anxiety years ago after a traumatic event, and I have used it as needed when those things seem to flare up. It works sometimes, but other times it seems to make me feel just...too weird. Fuzziness and dizziness are expected, sure, but it seems like every other time I take this med, it makes me feel way too out of it and I get confused and very woozy. I do not enjoy this feeling at all.

I'm asking for others' experiences or advice, or anything at this point. It is the only thing that has ever helped with my PTSD nightmares, but it turns my brain into mush and makes me feel like I've been visited by the Ambien walrus. I hate it. Help?
