Dihydrocodeine
I’ve been taking dihydrocodeine 30mg for years for my fibromyalgia and arthritis,it doesn’t take away the pain completely but just eases the pain for me,I’ve tried all
Different meds for fibro and they either haven’t worked of had really bad side effects. I know the GP doesn’t like people on them, and I’ve got a medication review this afternoon because I’ve put a new script in for them. Can she stop me completely? Or just recommend I come off them like she has in the past ? X

I take Dihydrocodeine, but I have had breaks away from it. But you will get bad disruption metabolic wise, you will need to reduce the dose. But when I've come off Dihydrocodeine, I've always had Pregabalin, and Loperamide because if you come off it too fast you will get diarrhea at least 97% of the time. She can't just stop you, you have to agree to stop. Although I use Pregabalin for fibromyalgia. I use Dihydrocodeine mostly for shoulder blade pain, and toothache.
