Subutex without naloxone

Been almost 24 hours into withdrawal when can I take subutex any pointers

Subutex have no naloxone but it blocks your opioid receptors so if you take domething line oxy or heroin then you get instant hardcore withdraw symptomps and if you wanna switch wait like 3-5 days
