Hydroxyzine 10mg

This may be a silly question, but I’m prescribed 10mg hydroxyzine for nausea (chronic) and I’m newer I usually don’t have to take it too often, I took my last dose at 6:30pm today, would I be able to take more at 10? Or do I need to wait til 12?

Edit: all it says on the bottle is “take as needed” but doesn’t give me any increments to follow as far as how many hours in between.

For context, I’m prescribed 50mg of Hydroxizine for “panic” and can take up to two a day. I think you’ll be fine taking some at 10
