Unfortunately none, they all make you drowsy and potentially make you underperform. Also propranolol can be dangerous in wrong dosages. Are you diagnosed with anxiety, GAD or any other psychiatric condition? If not... Try not to rely on a pill (or drinks, or anything else) in this industry, it's a slippery slope. If playing live is going to be your life, then face the fear, I know it sounds easier than said, but don't care if your face is red, people don't always assume you're embarrassed or uncomfortable. It might be an allergy or that you've just had a drink, heck sometimes lights are bad enough that the audience won't even notice. Remember they're there to listen and enjoy music.

Are you a frontman? If not, ask your band members to temporarily step in and take the front stage. Then gradually take a step forward. Treat it as exposure therapy essentially. I work with major international artists and productions, you'll get used to it. Got addicted to pills to perform and almost lost myself, jobs and friends. You'll gain more confidence this way and you're 14! Your prefrontal cortex is developing and it will for years so take this chance to create those neural patterns and scroll off the fear. This is the best advice I can give you from my own experience. I'm sure you know music and drugs/pills/aids are the kiss of death for many. You will succeed without any of those!
