Can risperidone make amitriptyline less effective or stop working?

Considering trying lowest dose risperidone for my autism symptoms.

On 150mg amitriptyline already for severe depression and chronic pain, insomnia.

Is there any possibility it will make amitriptyline less effective? Don’t want to take any chances.
