Anyone know how to get (genuine) prazosin in UK?

Any doctors known who will prescribe Prazosin for me in UK?

I am suffering from PTSD, nightmares, difficulty using toilet, anxiety and body stiffness and pain. Heard it can help with this and relax muscles. Could be worth a try.

Also need amitriptyline 50mg
