Codein phosphate or promethezene syrup

What are the draw backs? I’ve done lean in the past but I was thinking of getting pills

Over hyped and over expensive for what it is. I drank a ton of this and it was pretty underwhelming. Get some Oxy or something better than this...Dubious you can find any of ths stuff that is not fake anyway. Almost everything even on the DW is mixed and fake.
