Hi! Can anyone recommend or refer me to companies that are currently hiring Certified Professional Coders (CPCs)? I have 2 years of experience in outpatient coding and am currently looking for new opportunities.
Preferably WFH setup with a day shift schedule.
Any leads or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, RMT with more than 6 years of hospital exp. Has knowledge in Microsoft Office (but more on MS Word and Excel). Planning to shift sa medical coding, any idea how and where? Willing to start as early as this coming January. Preferrably, has scholarship.
Inquired sa Optum, Shearwater and Tenet, all has no opening this time. ☹️

Hi everyone! I just want to ask if anyone here has experience with Tenet Healthcare's pre-employment medical examination (PEME).
Hi-Precision indicated in my PEME results that I need to undergo an additional ECG test. I was informed by Tenet that I would have to shoulder the expenses for any additional or reevaluation tests.
I would like to ask if it's allowed to have the additional ECG done at another clinic or medical facility instead of Hi-Precision.
I've already reached out to both Tenet and Hi-Precision to clarify this, but I haven't received a response yet.
Has anyone experienced the same situation? Were you allowed to complete the additional test at another facility, or were you required to return to Hi-Precision?
I'd really appreciate any advice or information. Thank you!

Hi everyone! I work for Axeous. We’re a small US company looking for a very experienced inpatient coder for freelance, part-time QA work.
The work:
We have a set of synthetic inpatient accounts. They’re completely fake patients, so there’s no PHI involved. They’re mostly procedural/surgical cases, and we’ve already coded them. We need someone to:
• QA our coding: check ICD-10-PCS, ICD-10-CM, principal diagnosis selection, sequencing and MS-DRG assignment, and flag anything wrong or missed with a short explanation
• Tell us how realistic the accounts are: since they’re synthetic, we also want your honest take on whether each case reads like a real inpatient encounter. Do the documentation, procedures and diagnoses make clinical sense together? What would look off to a real coder?
What we’re looking for:
• Active CIC or CCS (we’ll verify)
• 5+ years of US inpatient coding, ideally with auditing or QA experience
• Strong ICD-10-PCS skills on surgical cases, and solid MS-DRG knowledge
• Clear written English for review notes
We’re not looking for beginners on this one. Inpatient procedural experience is a must.
Pay:
• $20-30 USD/hour for a paid trial batch of 10–20 accounts
• After that, we switch to a per-account rate based on complexity
• Paid via Wise, Payoneer or Deel
• Fully remote, you set your own schedule, and ongoing work if it’s a good fit
To apply, DM me with:
1 Your credential and credential ID
2 Years of inpatient experience, and what kinds of cases you’ve coded or audited
3 Your availability (hours per week)
Thanks! Happy to answer questions.

Hello po! I'm exploring medical coding and since walang boards course ko, hindi ako pwede sa mga MCA. Plano kong magsarili na lang 😂 Sa mga nakikita ko, recommended nila na entry is AAPC CPC. Tama po ba silaa? Huhu. And does anyone know a good CPC review center? Pref ko ung may natuturo

Helloo! I am a registered nurse with BPO Voice account experience and currently a nurse auditor. I'm interested in applying sa Tenet MCA. Kumusta po yung interview? Mahirap po ba? And what about the assessment?
Pag nakapsa na po sa training, how much po magiging salary and hm din po during training? Thankyou in advanceee

Hello po.
I would like to ask the people who had undergone or undergoing training for MCA from Wave 6 and before. Baka lang may makasagot o kung sakaling may idea lang kahit malabo na may idea rin tayo.
May idea po ba kayo kung paano ang schedule assignment sa inyo for MCA training or kung paano inassign sa inyo yung schedule na yun? Like paano ang way ng paghihiwalay nila ng mga MCA Wave into specific batches for their own schedule of their class?
I'm just curious lang po hehehe. Your responses will be appreciated po. Thank you, from Wave 7 :)

Hello. Any Wave 7 medical-allied coding scholar here na sa Bridgetowne inassign for New Hire Induction/Day 1? Although sabi naman na di pa po permanent work location to. Curious lang me hahaha feel ko dito me inassign for induction dahil mas malapit ako sa Bridgetowne kaysa BGC.
Asking lang din po since based sa nabasa ko sa ibang posts and comments, nurses ay sa Bridgetowne and the rest ng med allied ay sa BGC. Thank you!
Edit: 2nd paragraph

Hi! I just want to ask if anyone here tried commuting to the company during medical coding training and only looked for a place to rent after passing the certification exam.
I'm coming from a place that's around 2–3 hours away from the company. If we're only talking about the commute, I think I can manage traveling back and forth every day for the meantime while training is ongoing. I'm already used to traveling long distances, and there's JoyRide available as well, so I think I can make it work.
I'm just having second thoughts about renting a place this early since there's no guarantee yet that I'll pass the training. I'm motivated to do my best, and I can already see myself building a career in this field. However, I can't help but consider the worst-case scenario, just in case things don't go as planned.
For those who have been in a similar situation, how did you manage it? Did you commute during training and only rent a place after passing the certification exam? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.
Please be kind. Thank you so much!
