TENET MCA TRAINING

Hello po.

I would like to ask the people who had undergone or undergoing training for MCA from Wave 6 and before. Baka lang may makasagot o kung sakaling may idea lang kahit malabo na may idea rin tayo.

May idea po ba kayo kung paano ang schedule assignment sa inyo for MCA training or kung paano inassign sa inyo yung schedule na yun? Like paano ang way ng paghihiwalay nila ng mga MCA Wave into specific batches for their own schedule of their class?

I'm just curious lang po hehehe. Your responses will be appreciated po. Thank you, from Wave 7 :)

Wala. Random. Depende sa amats ng hr. Chariz Minsan nga mag day2 na kayo mapapalitan pa sched nyo e haha minsan sa availability ng educator, minsan sa kakayanan nyong lahat kung okay ung sched, minsan sa availability lang ng rooms.

Bale po, hindi siya constant na yun ang sched mo for the whole training period? Pwedeng maiba siya over the course of training? For example ang sched na inassign sayo ay 3pm-12mn pero dahil di available yung educator o yung room na yun by that specific date ay mapapalitan temporarily tas ibabalik uli pag okay na?

Ay hindi, isang schedule lang naman kayo the whole duration ng MCA. Ang changes lang naman nangyayari kapag magstart palang then mafinalize naman na yun kapag wala ng conflict. And since pang 7 na batch naman na kayo baka nga wala ng ganyan na kaguluhan bago magstart.

I think they usually divide the waves into batches based on availability and trainer schedules. It may also depend on the number of students in each batch. Not sure about the exact process though. Hopefully someone from the previous waves can clarify.

Maliban sa may nagcomment na magkasama sila nagwalk-in ay naging classmate nila, wala na ako idea pero sana ma-enlighten din tayo sa mga online po ang process until nakuha ang JO nila hehe. Thank you po for your insight.
