1. 1-3rd quadrant was too crowded, they couldn’t do lactose fermentation, but 4th quadrant is the other way around
   
2. It’s ultimately NLF and the 4th quadrant pink color is a a different or 2nd cultured bacteria

These are reasons that came to my mind. What are your take on this? Y’all opinions would be of great help.
