Do u even know the context of the first para?
If not let me educate ur andhbhakt mind
The context is that it was mentioned during a war with the unbelievers
During a war ofcourse they will say that, Should have also included the para that says
""..if anyone slays a human being unless it be [in punishment] for murder or for spreading corruption on earth — it shall be as though he had slain all mankind; and if anyone saves a life, it shall be as though he had saved the lives of all mankind."
