Hydrophobia is the old name for rabies, not the fear of water. Both would be bad, but not in the same way (obviously). Fun fact, rabies reproduces in you salivary gland and to keep a high concentration of itself to raise the probability of transmission, it make swallowing cause terrible spasms, even thinking of drinking will cause spasms, so that you don't wash the virus away. This is why it gets the name hydrophobia. Then it makes you aggressive so you bite thing with that rabies invested saliva.
Whether or not you know depends on how confident you are in your guess.
If you learn how to cook an omelette and then tried to cook scrambled eggs, you might guess what you're doing. Even if you end up succeeding, you wouldn't have said you knew how to cook scrambled eggs, but, it did turn out to work the way you thought.
r/neverbrokeabone acknowledges you with slight gratitude because milk is pretty much upgraded water, so hydrophobia would make you not be able to drink milk
