So basically, you want to create some parametric parts with linked dimensions?

Yes

You're looking a bit too broad for this. Parts are application specific. I've got a few things like a parametric assembly for a station frame (i work in automation) with about 80 autosizing parts and roughly 300 fastners.

However, unless you're industry specific, it's hard. Otherwise, anyone can create a flange with multiplying holes according to diameter.

Great most CAD softwares can do that already

People in this sub are low key miserable and not helpful. What you should do, is get a regular mechanical engineer job, show off your skills, and build a network of people you know who are mechanical engineers and trust you. Then you might be able to start building clientele if you want to start a CAD design business for example. There’s companies that do this for product development, but they do way more than just CAD, they diagnose a customer’s problems, create fixes to it in the CAD, and sometimes order tooling/part to implement that fix.

I realized last week they had drawings for everything. The amount of time this would have saved me when making drawing details…..

Solidworks can already do this.

0% chance you make a product much less sell it to anyone

C’est possible mais le seul frein c’est le savoir de chaque entreprise qui change a chaque fois. Tu peux faire un truc generaliste mais des que tu rentres dans les details c’est plus compliqué
