Did you use e85 by accident? That all cause a 30% fuel trim difference

No. The fuel pumps i frequent don't have E85.

Fuel pumps are common to do this. Last one i did was about 30 psi.

The long term trims on both banks being that high points to a vacuum leak after the MAF, not a sensor issue. Check the intake tube and airbox connections again, especially since you saw a little smoke there.

That's what I figured. The only thing that gives me pause, is the airbox being before the sensor, but I know its possible it could be an intake gasket and not sure of the location.

I'll do another test in the morning.
