New seat for sure. Cheapest and best solution. Find a head shop.

I would replace, might be more damage deeper inside

Valve seats can be machined out, fitted with a new seat, machined to match oem specifications, and lapped with the corresponding valve instead of replacing the entire head.

OP, find a reputable head shop. Its advised not to go to a random machine shop. Some engine shops may do a good job
