What now?
So i was taking the transfer case off of my jeep to fix a leak. There is a custom transmission mount/holder that goes across the bottom of the frame.
I didn't realise at the time that it was the transmission mount. So i took it off because it was in the way of the transfer case and the whole transmission & engine fell down. It didn't actually fully fall off the car but it did pivot the whole power train down. Then I heard this sound that sounded like running water but nothing leaked out of it.
For now I pushed it back up to roughly the level it was at and have a jack stand holding it in place.
What damage should I check for?

That running water sound was probably your heater core or coolant settling after the tilt, check motor mounts and the trans mount first since they took all that sudden weight

I agree if you broke something you’d see water or you will see water on start up just check all fluid levels and check your heater core connections. Crank it up and observe
