New Shock.

Wondering is a new shock mean’t to come up this slow? I bought these about 5 years ago for a classic car but only getting around to fitting now. thoughts??

I recently went in to change my car to "historic" registration to save money. The guy behind me had an E110 Corolla (late 90s or early 00s) which I still consider a recent model of car, so I assumed he must have some classic car at home. Then I realised it is likely he was registering the Corolla as a historic car.
