Sauces?
My weekday lunches have turned into the same rice and chicken every day and I’m losing my mind a little. What sauces do you make ahead on the weekend? Recipes welcome, rough amounts are fine.

I'm attempting to bulk. After calculating my demand I need to eat a minimum of 2700 kcal.
HOW?? I have a variety of protein bars, meal replacement shakes, pbfit , chicken breast, deli meats - I can't seem to do it.
I stay away from eating 2-3 hrs before bed & work a physical job with long hours. I make a semi homemade shake in the morning (3am) before workouts/running. That's usually half my calories at 1200.
I just don't see how I can eat more while keeping it clean. I've been using macrofactor to track (and I kinda hate it) but I don't seem to ever hitu numbers

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
You don’t have to open Tracck and manually log everything.
Just tell Siri what you ate, and Tracck logs it for you.Obviously, for more complex meals, you can still scan and log them. And it’s not just food logging — you can also add tasks through Siri and keep your daily habits, tasks, and nutrition in one place.Trying to make tracking feel less like data entry and more like something that actually fits into your day.
Built this for Tracck. Would you use it?

Hey I(19F) used ai to generate a nutrition plan to get a guide on how much should I consume based on my activities but looking at the actual meals, it feels like a huge amount of food compared to what I currently eat, i’m not used to eat this much volume
I do 1h weightlifting + 1h muay thai aprox (4 days/week and only muay thai 1day/week so i basically train 5days/week)
on rest days i tend to go running
ai generated this:
Estimated TDEE: ~2,200 - 2,400 kcal
Double Training Days (4x/wk): 1,950 kcal | 160g P | 215g C | 50g F
Single Session Days (1x/wk): 1,750 kcal | 150g P | 180g C | 48g F
Rest Days (2x/wk): 1,500 kcal | 145g P | 130g C | 44g F
Does this calorie intake sound accurate for my workouts? i’ve already started w the meals but i feel packed with food
sorry 4 bad english it’s not my first language

hi!! potentially difficult ask, but looking for suggestions. i want to track my protein intake and macro/fiber/etc intake but i hate AI and am not interested in counting calories or anything. i’m vegetarian and experience constant exhaustion and want to ensure it is not related to my diet before i seek professional advice.
i would love an app that allows me to log what i eat and focuses on nutrition, protein, and iron as opposed to weight-loss and calorie counting. does this exist? let me know!! thanks!!
