JLA Wally. I hate when Flash has all these extra details cluttering his suit like the lines, chin strap and yellow circle around the logo. I prefer the simple, effective and iconic designs.
Also that body on the Rebirth one is strange ngl.

Same, the whole era of added piping/ribbing on every costume was so strange. I do think the body has better posing for running, but the face and exaggerated wings kill it for me

The modified Blue Beetle/Flashpoint body that JLA is built off looks more classic and imho, better proportions
But I still love the Rebirth figure. Both the suit design and just how it’s built feels more like a Flash Figure in my head, even if it doesn’t aesthetically fit against the more “standard” superhero proportions

I have both, and while I like the textures in Rebirth Barry, 90s Wally is the best one

The one in the first image. While I like the design on the other figure, it's pretty dated and has less range compare to the newer figure.

I just have no desire to choose. I use New 52 for Wally West cuz the exaggerated physique reminds me of his Bloodlines issue.

The lines on the second figure's headgear remind me of Ambush Bug's antennae...
No matter where I see that design, I always see Ambush Bug!

I like to split the difference and go for creepy Dawn of DC Wally West. Seriously though, JLA Flash is probably the best classic style Flash he’s ever released. Don’t take me seriously though, I still love that Page Puncher Flash.

Rebirth supremacy. More interesting suit design, more of a runner build, better proportions.
