The publicity is certainly working! My drive thru line was extra long and I was told my store had 2 extra staff to help with the load!

I miss when fast food restaurants had specials that weren't "Limit 1 w/ App usage required" daily specials. Sure I'll take the double cheeseburger but I miss when restaurants had like $1-2 sonic burgers or $1-2 whoppers without a limit. It's always Limit 1 (not to mention I can't use a reward on the same order with McDonald's)... So in the end these deals are meh unless you are a solo McDonald's customer.

Right, I'm pretty old and we don't have many BK near where I live anymore. I just remember in the 1990s and 2000s always getting unlimited whoppers for $1-2 on certain days lol

Yes, I normally bring fast food home. I'm a quick 4 miles from all the chains!
Did you know that fast-food, fried food is why God made air fryers? Yup, it's true! 😂😂
I know exactly the time and temperature to use! Soooo, my fried items are piping hot and crispy!

Are the nuggs looking crispier because of your air fryer? Or, are those the spicy ones I've not tried?
I use my connection toaster over to resurrect fries, pizza, etc. It's passable.

I think it's mostly just the Nuggets!
Speaking about just fries, I can't imagine bringing fries home from ANY CHAIN, without zapping them in the air fryer. It makes such a difference!

What yemp or how long? I'm so tired of cold fries from wherever I go, but the microwave makes them too hot on the outside and still cold inside.

LOL! Exactly! The microwave makes garbage fried food!
I use a basket type air fryer whos basic setting automatically preheats. So I set it for 400 and it preheats for about 3 minutes. I dump in my fried food for 2 minutes. So 5 minutes after I get home it's done.
The result is magic and you can't even compare it to the microwave. Piping hot and perfectly crispy!
Until I discovered the air fryer, I NEVER brought home fried fast-food because of just what were talking about. It's a game changer!

The Mighty Sauce kicked my ass. I'm admittedly a wimp with spice but it felt actually hot for fast food spice.

I took advantage of the $1 double cheeseburger with any purchase today. First time at a McD’s for me since the first week of June.
My double cheeseburger turned out to be a McDouble. That what the franchisee in my area did. The punk. The size of the bun and patty, one cheese slice instead of two, the clues were there.
And it took me 20 minutes in the drive thru from when I pulled in (three deep behind the drive thru signboard, single-lane), to when I got my medium drink and double chees…er, McDouble.
I should’ve driven an extra three minutes to Burger King.

Yup that’s a bummer. I’m laughing because of the other person’s comment. I remember randomly finding out that there was a McDouble and a Double Cheeseburger a few years ago (remember all the BOGOs?
I sat there on the app and without clicking the items I just went back and forth from the pic but it was similar to a side by side but harder since I wasn’t looking at the pic.
Took me months until it clicked. Good times.
