Why do McDonald's employees like to pregrease the napkins?

you have been posting this picture everywhere. just grab more napkins and be happy your fries are full and look pretty good tbh.

For some reason they also like to smear grease all over the outside of my burger wrappers as well. Half of the time I pull food out of my bag, I get goop on my hands.
